Movement is such a mystery!

Have you ever looked at a top-end Athlete in your favorite sport and were totally mesmerized by the finesse, balance, and precision of their movement. It is literally bordering on an art form. This only goes to confirm that our bodies have limitless potential when empowered and challenged to move in novel and creative ways. It is beneficial for the body as well as the mind to be physical.

But you don’t have to be a competitor to benefit from the movement and fitness that comes with it. The most benefit is seen by the amateurs, complete beginners when they make their first steps on a life-long journey to fitness.
