In-Home Personal Training
Personal Training is “personal” for a good reason. You develop a professional relationship with your coach, relying on him for accountability, motivation, knowledge, encouragement and troubleshooting.
In-home Personal Training allows you to pick up essential movement skills quickly, due to ongoing feedback and corrections from your coach. We also teach you the skills necessary to maintain an active lifestyle when you are not with your coach.
This fully interactive approach is best for beginner exerciser or someone returning to movement after an injury, or prolonged inactivity. We’ll set you up for success.

Online Training and Coaching
Remote training and online coaching are becoming a new norm in personal health and fitness. The technology opened up new possibilities, accessible communication, and better tracking wearables, so the best coach has the necessary tools to help you achieve the change you seek.
The job of an online coach is to anticipate challenges and struggles you are facing to help you navigate them before they even arise. This comes with experience. You still have to do the work, though. No technology for that yet!
You may choose to participate in the preset program or completely customize your experience. In either case, we’ll provide you with the attention you need to ensure your success in the transformation.

Personal training and fitness coaching help you exactly the same, except you are upgrading your health. You get to learn from all our mistakes, countless hours of education and exercise experience in a tailored and focused way that gets to resolve your specific challenges.
Let’s be honest, if everyone followed YouTube videos, we would have a world full of people walking with 6-packs. Unfortunately, we don’t, and it is not that we don’t have enough knowledge. It’s because we have too much of it. And most of it only confuses an average person.
Motivation, accountability, and a safe way to progress are the success requirements when starting your lifestyle transformation. And all three are easily provided by an experienced personal trainer.
The duration of a workout depends on your goals, intensity of the workout, and your exercise experience. For example, you wouldn’t be doing plyometrics or High Intensity Interval Training for an hour, because of the high energy demand of these training modalities.
That being said we usually aim at about 55 minutes of movement in our sessions, broken down into 10 minute warm-up, 40 minutes of resistance training and 5 minutes for cool-down. The last 5 minutes of the 60 minute session is always dedicated to making a recovery plan and setting up objectives before the next workout session.
Injury may be minor or career ending, so it is hard to say what you may be capable of physically. We usually try to accommodate movement and work around the limitations of an injury.
In case the injury needs to be rehabbed, we may be able to build a plan of gradual reintroduction of exercise into your routine. In case you are working with a physiotherapist on your recovery, we can support you and coordinate with the medical professional to accelerate your recovery.
Since our philosophy includes other aspects of well being, we may focus on your nutrition, recovery and stress management to supplement your physical recovery elsewhere.
Trainers and coaches come in different shapes and sizes. Fitness professionals also have different philosophies and beliefs. You may have aligned yourself in the past with someone who was in contrast to your own beliefs and more importantly needs.
