Hello and Welcome to our New Home!
It is a pleasure to have you on our platform, learning, exploring, and embracing your healthy lifestyle. This is the reason we are here – to make healthy aging a new standard. To show that the age could be just a number, but it takes work to keep the body and mind feeling young. We’ll share all the secrets and mistakes we’ve learned to make it easier to find Your way to a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
We all begin our health and fitness journey from different starting points. Some were teen athletes and now miss the thrill that competition and active lifestyle brought with it. Others never worked out a day in their lives, and believe that it is too late for them to start. Or maybe, you had a medical scare and have no other way but to re-evaluate the priorities. Good news – change is always possible.
The important thing to remember is that you must begin somewhere. Act and make the best choices most of the time, and don’t sweat the small stuff. No one is perfect and to expect perfection only sets you up for failure and disappointment.
As you learn more with us, you will appreciate the contribution that each one of the health pillars makes on your overall wellbeing. And we believe that there are 4 pillars: Nourishment, Movement, Stress management, and Recovery.
They are so intricately connected that to discuss one in isolation is impractical, because as you adjust one there will be shifts in the other areas, which you could not even
imagine, positive and sometimes, negative.

Purely on biological level, there are only three things that organisms need: water, oxygen, and fuel. And so, the topic of nourishment as essential as it gets.
Over decades, and with changes in food production, what we eat, how we eat it and what benefits we experience from our food changed drastically. The milk that I had as a kid is not longer the same. Neither are the apples, or carrots, or corn, which was abundant at the end of every summer.
Your digestion changes over time as well, because of interacting with food. Some nutrients would be in excess, and others would likely be deficient. It is just how things are, and it is unlikely that even most advanced vitamin formulation would resolve it. It is a dance you are left to take part in every single day. So, doesn’t it make sense to learn about it as much as you could?
We are made for movement. For physicality of interaction with our environment, nature, and objects. We are physical beings. Have you ever tried to be cheerful and optimistic while battling a tooth ache? So, the physicality has a direct link to our mental presence and existence. Both need to align for optimal outcome.
That leads us to stress management. First things first, we all experience stress ALL THE TIME! For some, though, the stress is a positive influence and for others it is a destructive force which may take over their whole existence. It’s a sea-saw that we are aiming to balance, and the healthier you are the more likely you can tolerate, at least physical, stress.

There is an increasing body of evidence that stress is at the root cause of most chronic conditions, as cortisol, a stress hormone, shuts down any competing function. You can’t be healthy and stressed at the same time. We will explore techniques and principles behind stress management, to harness the power of stress to our advantage.
Last, but not least, is recovery. If you think of any high-performing athlete, their story is similar in many ways. They all start with some degree of natural “talent”, but it’s the consistency, discipline, and hard work that usually solidify their greatness. They out-work every other competitor. Or so it seems.
We all have the same 24 hours and what this means is that their ability to continue making progress depends on the ability to recover for the next challenge, the next workout, or competition, and come in tip-top shape. They out-recover everyone else and therefore spend more time honing their unique skill.
Mastering recovery, especially as we get older, is of a huge importance, and would help you achieve heights that you never thought were possible.
Once again, we want to welcome you to your journey, and thank you for spending your time with us.
